7/12/2020 Sunday’s Sermon by Nick Perez

Welcome Home ~ Pursuing Peace

Romans 14:19-23; So then let us pursue what makes for peace and for mutual outbuilding. Do not, for the sake of food, destroy the work of God. Everything is indeed clean, but it is wrong for anyone to make another stumble by what he eats. It is good not to eat meat or drink wine or do anything that causes your brother to stumble. The faith that you have, keep between yourself and God. Blessed is the one who has no reason to pass judgment on himself for what he approves. But whoever has doubts is condemned if he eats, because the eating is not from faith. For whatever does not proceed from faith is sin.

Notes & Reminders

Dear Davis Park family,
There have been so many changes in our life recently. Life here is always filled with changes, some expected and some not. We wanted to let everyone know that we have sold our home in preparation for retirement back south and have moved to be closer to Steve’s job. We have appreciated the memories shared with all of you. You will always be in our thoughts and prayers!

We love and will miss you and may God watch over all of His children as we navigate through this earthly life.

In Christ, Steve and Sue Ulrich

To the Elders, leadership, and congregation at Davis Park Church of Christ

My wife and I are informing you that we sold our home in Turlock, and will be moving to Idaho. Although we will be moving, we will still be worshipping with you online. We look forward to being close to our daughter, her husband, and grandchildren. We hope to have a positive effect in their lives.
Some may already be aware of this transition in our lives, but we wanted to make it official.
We love each and every one of you, and will miss you, but are excited with this new phase of our lives.

John and Patty Ford
