Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays from 11:00 am – noon
Looking for a way to increase your strength, improve balance and maintain flexibility? The Young at Heart Strength Training class incorporates exercises that can be done sitting or standing and utilize resistance bands for most of the exercises. Exercises can be modified to accommodate most levels of function and include instruction from the instructors on how to exercise safely and effectively. The goal of the program is to keep participants functioning and to help reduce the risk of falling. The class is a place of group camaraderie and many participants have stated that these classes help reduce depression and help them to be more social. Classes meet on Mondays and Wednesdays from 11:00 am – noon. For more information on how to join the class please call Healthy Aging Association at (209) 525-4670.

If you unlock a door, please remember to lock it again. Other than just before Bible classes and Worship, outside doors are to remain locked.
